Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Panpit! We want to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience, and this policy outlines how we handle shipping and returns.

Delivery Areas:  We currently ship within India, with plans to expand in the future. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.
Processing Time:  Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping: Our most budget-friendly delivery option! Orders are delivered within 3-8 business days via reliable courier services. You can select this option at checkout based on your preference.

Express Shipping: Want your plants to arrive sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for faster delivery within 2-6 business days through trusted courier partners — ideal for quick and safe delivery of your green companions.

Note: In certain locations, courier partners may not provide doorstep delivery. In such instances, you will be notified and requested to collect your order from the nearest courier office or designated collection center.

Shipping Charges: We use weight-based shipping, which means delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your order and the destination location. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account.

Shipping Delays: Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather events or national holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders, particularly those of high value. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or if multiple delivery attempts fail, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment for garden accessories and cannot be claimed for reshipment or refund for live plants.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Plant Packing: We take great care in packing your plants to ensure they arrive safe and sound. Each plant is individually wrapped in protective paper and securely placed in a sturdy box with ample packing material.

Live Plant Guarantee: We guarantee that your live plants will arrive in healthy condition upon delivery. If any plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order, and include photos of the affected plant(s). We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Garden Tool Handling: Tools are carefully packaged in their original boxes or with appropriate protective material to prevent damage during shipping.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

Live Plants: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of live plants due to their perishable nature. Once purchased, plants are considered your responsibility and we cannot guarantee their survival after leaving our care.

We recommend carefully researching the needs of any plant before purchasing to ensure it thrives in your environment. Our staff is happy to assist you with plant selection and care advice.

Note: Some plants are delicate, and a few leaves may break or turn yellowish during transit. These are natural and not considered damages, so replacement or refund cannot be claimed in such cases.

Garden Tools & Accessories: You may return unused and unopened garden tools and accessories within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and manuals attached.  To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@panpit.com or call us at 944 7040 211.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Panpit error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of damaged item and its packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, as per our discretion.

Exceptions: Certain items, such as seasonal items or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
